F4S does NOT measure competency or ability. F4S measures only your motivation levels and level of preference for a specific task and other work and business related activities.

For example, if you were to find you have a low motivation for Details (most entrepreneurs do), this does not mean you cannot be good at dealing with details, it just means that you are not motivated to attend to them. You will likely put off dealing with details, until you have to. And then when you do deal with the detail (possibly with razor sharp accuracy), after a short period of time you will most likely find you are drained of energy and have difficulty concentrating.
